Clean Cut Lawn & Landscape is seeking a hardworking, motivated Landscaping Apprentice to join our installation team. This entry-level opportunity lets you learn the art of high-end landscape construction from the ground up.
As an Apprentice, you will assist the Project Foreman in transforming outdoor spaces. We hire for character and train for skill. If you have a positive mindset and a "can-do" attitude, we will give you the tools and training for you to build a career.
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Overtime: OT is a regular occurrence. We often work later into the evening when a project is close to completion.
- Note: This position currently does not include benefits.
What You’ll Learn & Do
You will be the "right hand" to our Project Foreman, assisting with the physical and technical aspects of high-end installs:
- Hardscape Construction: Learn to prep and install paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Curbing & Edging: Assist in the installation of decorative concrete curbing and landscape borders.
- Softscape Installs: Help with the planting of trees, shrubs, and flowers, as well as sod installation and rock/mulch spreading.
- Site Preparation: Learn the essentials of grading, base preparation, and drainage management.
- Equipment Mastery: Receive hands-on training on various landscape tools and machinery.
