Duties
- Lead and supervise pressure washing crews, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee and performan daily cleaning operations across industrial, commercial, and residential properties.
- Enforce safety regulations and proper use of equipment to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Train new staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment handling to promote skill development
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards meet company policies and client expectations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and timely replenishment
- Foster teamwork by motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
- Must have clean driving record
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, residential cleaning.
- Strong background in staff supervision with previous supervisory or team management experience
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to pressure washing, industrial cleaning.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
