We’re seeking a high-caliber General Manager to lead our Austin-based CLEAN Cause Self-Distribution team, overseeing both sales and warehouse operations. This role is more than managing logistics—it’s about building the brand, leading a disciplined, high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and being a key voice on the CLEAN Cause leadership team.
This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a critical role in supporting executive-level strategy and decision-making—whether it’s setting KPIs, building retail presentations, or surfacing insights from data. You’ll be on the ground daily, setting the tone, modeling accountability, and driving results.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of the Austin-based CLEAN Cause Self-Distribution operation, including sales, route planning, warehouse management, and fleet oversight.
- Inspire and lead a team of 12 , setting clear expectations, leading by example, delivering feedback, and creating a culture of ownership and excellence.
- Report directly to the CEO, and support executive needs with data-driven analysis, forecasting, and execution of special projects.
- Develop and grow key regional retail relationships, representing CLEAN Cause with professionalism and hustling to expand shelf space and drive velocity.
- Build and execute market-level business plans aligned to company goals and commercial priorities.
- Create KPI dashboards, build retail presentations, and analyze trends to inform leadership decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with HQ teams (Marketing, Ops, Finance, HR) to ensure smooth execution and aligned strategy.
- Leverage Encompass, NetSuite, Google Sheets, and Excel to rigorously track performance, improve accountability, and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion operational discipline and safety, maintaining high standards for warehouse operations, fleet compliance, and team readiness.
- Be a culture carrier and leadership contributor, offering thoughtful solutions, engaging in candid dialogue, and elevating company-wide performance.
- Jump in where needed—whether that’s riding along on a sales route, organizing inventory, or solving a last-minute issue.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or operations leadership, preferably in CPG or beverage.
- Demonstrated success managing and motivating field or warehouse teams with measurable performance results.
- Strong command of Excel, NetSuite, and Encompass—with the ability to analyze performance, create executive-ready reporting, and build presentations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships—from store managers to regional buyers.
- Commercial acumen: able to read the numbers, understand margin implications, and think like an owner.
- A mindset geared toward growth, self-development, and increased responsibility—you’re not just looking for a job, but a leadership path.
- Confident, direct communicator with the ability to manage up, down, and across.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of OSHA and warehouse safety standards.
