CLEAN Cause is a fast-growing, better-for-you beverage company based in Austin, Texas. Our mission is two-fold: 1) create and sell best-in-class products to help people live healthier lives, and 2) transform lives through a sustainable source of funding to help individuals recover from alcohol and drug addiction. Since its founding, CLEAN Cause has donated 50% of net profits or 5% of net revenue, whichever is greater, to support addiction recovery. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by email
- Manage donation requests and fulfillment
- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Support social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube through moderation and customer support, build community within social platforms
- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Support growth of Affiliate Marketing program
- Support in-store sales programs both digitally and through programming
- Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
- Assist with the production of social media content as well as scheduling of content
- Help organize and coordinate trade shows and field marketing events
- Attend field marketing events to represent the brand occasionally
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 2 years of experience in marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Digital marketing experience
- Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, Attentive, Canva, Later, Google Suite, etc)

This is a hybrid position with at least 3 days a week in office in North Austin. This is a full time, salaried position that is eligible for benefits the first day of the month following hire. CLEAN Cause pays for 80% of the employee’s portion of Medical, Dental and Vision and 20% of dependent plans. We offer a 401k program, and supplemental insurance options.
