Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain high hygiene standards
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently
- Clean floors using various techniques including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care to keep surfaces pristine
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities like patio cleaning or outdoor surface maintenance when required
- Use proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and effectively
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction with every visit
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, janitorial procedures, and sanitation standards necessary for effective service delivery
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, carpet extractors, and other tools of the trade
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments without compromising quality

- Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work when needed
