What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post-Construction Cleaner – Full-Time position at Clean Buddies?
Welcome to Clean Buddies. We are a team that specializes strictly in post-construction cleaning throughout the Phoenix metro area. This is all we do, and we take real pride in making sure every home and workspace we touch looks perfect for the contractors and homeowners we work with.
We are currently looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our crew who care as much about the details as we do and want to help us maintain the high quality of work we are known for.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our crew, you’ll be cleaning newly built and renovated residential and commercial spaces across the Phoenix metro area. Your daily tasks will include:
- Dust & Debris Removal: Clearing away construction dust and site waste.
- Surface Cleaning: Deep wiping of all fixtures and surfaces.
- Floor Care: Thorough cleaning and detailing of all flooring.
- Final Detail Work: Precision cleaning to ensure every corner of the property is spotless.
What We're Looking For
- Prior cleaning experience required (post-construction experience a plus)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and handle equipment
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Must work well as part of a team
Schedule
Business operates from 8 AM to 5 PM | Monday through Friday | with occasional Saturdays based on project needs. Full-time is 30-45 hours/week. Looking for applicants with flexible schedules
