A Day in the Life at Clean Bee:
- Morning Team Huddle: Start your day with a positive, collaborative meeting at our office where we go over the day’s tasks and any important updates.
- On the Job: Work in small, supportive teams, traveling in our branded vehicles to different homes throughout the day. Enjoy a structured and efficient cleaning process that ensures high standards and satisfied clients.
- End-of-Day Wrap-Up: Return to the office for a brief wrap-up , ensuring everything is ready for the next day, and clock out by 5:15 PM.

Physical Requirements & Job Expectations:
This is a physically demanding, fast-paced cleaning position. Team members should be prepared to stay active throughout the entire shift and perform hands-on physical work daily.
The job regularly includes:
- Standing, walking, and moving for most of the day
- Repeated bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching
- Lifting and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment
- Pushing/pulling vacuums and mops
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, floors, baseboards, and detailed areas
- Working efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards
- Traveling between homes and working in different environments each day
This is not a light-duty or desk position. Successful team members are physically active, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a steady pace throughout the workday.
