Administrative Assistant requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with Word and spreadsheet software
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks online
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
  • Must be able to work until 5pm
  • Be willing to work 40 hours up to 4 weeks a year to cover vacation time for Office Manager

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Typing quotations for Sales Associates
  • Placing and receiving purchase orders
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if required
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Be quick, accurate and detailed with performance
  • Answering multi line phone calls

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

  • 4-6 hour daily negotiable
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
