- Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging using eco-friendly equipment.
- Apply organic fertilizers and soil amendments under the supervision of senior technicians.
- Conduct basic assessments of lawn health, including soil texture, moisture levels, and overall turf condition.
- Manage and maintain equipment, ensuring all tools are operational and environmentally optimized.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with the latest sustainable lawn care techniques and practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in horticulture or related field is a plus.
- Ability to operate various lawn care machinery and tools safely.
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
