We're looking for motivated, energetic, and driven sales professionals to join our growing Residential Fiber Sales team. As a 1099 Outside Sales Executive, you'll represent industry-leading fiber internet services to homeowners and residents, helping families upgrade to faster, more reliable internet.

What You'll Do
- Prospect residential customers through canvassing in assigned fiber neighborhoods.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of fiber internet over cable and other internet providers.
- Conduct product presentations and recommend the best internet solutions for each household.
- Generate new customer enrollments and complete sales applications.
- Build rapport with homeowners while providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage your assigned sales territory using company-provided mapping and CRM tools.
- Follow up with interested customers and referrals.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous door-to-door, retail, customer service, or outside sales experience preferred.
- Telecommunications, internet, wireless, cable, or home services sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Smartphone and basic technology skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor)
