Shift 5am-130pm M-F
Duties
- Operate and monitor assembly lines, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards in production.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly techniques to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to facilitate precise assembly and troubleshooting.
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely during material movement and product assembly.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Follow manufacturing management protocols to document production activities, quality checks, and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Proven factory experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
- Hands-on experience with assembly line operations, mechanical assembly, and use of hand tools or power tools.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Experience in manual handling, heavy lifting, and working in physically demanding environments.
- Familiarity with manufacturing management systems or procedures is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
