Identify and pursue partnership opportunities, identify target sectors; Negotiate contracts, terms, final specifications and oversee their execution of production and delivery; Maintain and build current customer relationships; Create and execute project plans and priorities based on sales and marketing objectives; Review and improve processes and routines to support CLD initiatives and systems; Visit client sites and assess requirements; Attend trade shows and events.Requires a High School Diploma/GED, plus 96 months experience in a closely related occupation. Requires 96 months experience with the following: Commercial contract negotiation, complex sales presentation &negotiation; Marketing & business development negotiation; Technical evaluation of contract requirements. Requires 60 months experience with the following: Defense procurement processes, including proposal writing and compliance requirements; Materials engineering and security product development; Complex security and risk assessment.
