  • Maintain a strong, transparent relationship with the Board and provide timely information regarding organizational performance, strategy, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure the organization remains focused on its mission of providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to underserved and community-based populations.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading through organizational change, strategic planning, restructuring, or other periods of significant transition.
  • Experience with healthcare operations, financial management, organizational strategy, and performance improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, physicians, community organizations, and other external stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, change-management, and organizational leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead effectively across multiple locations and build cohesion among geographically dispersed teams.
