CLC Landscaping is hiring a Jr. Admin & Sales Support Specialist in San Marcos, Texas.
This is not just a front desk role. We’re looking for someone who can help keep communication, follow-up, client support, and office execution moving at a high level every day.
This role supports three key areas of the business:
- Admin and financial support
- Inbound sales and client support
- Content creation and light marketing support
The right person is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, confident with clients, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. They know how to follow up, stay on top of details, build rapport, and help move things forward.
In this role, success means helping us maintain a strong client experience, respond quickly to new opportunities, support clean office systems, and contribute to recurring revenue growth.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3 years of admin, home service, construction, or trade-based office experience preferred
- strong communication and follow-through
- familiarity with CRM, estimating, or finance software
- comfort learning tools like LMN, DEXT, and Deep Lawn AI
- a growth-minded, systems-oriented approach
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Compensation:
- $23 to $25/hour, based on experience and fit
- 1% commission on new recurring maintenance agreements sold
- eligibility for year-end company net profit share
