Job Description
Essential Duties
- Feeding and/or stacking lumber into a saw to be cut to a specific size.
- Lifts material repeatedly.
- Verifies cut size using tape measure according to cut sheet.
- Bands finished product together and labels it for forklift operators to take to next station.
- Cleans and maintains equipment and surrounding area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Assist other Team Members within the department as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop throughout the day.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day, as well as other physical duties as needed.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for 8 hours per day with 2 – 15 minutes breaks in between.
- Must be able to utilize tools.
- Must be able to lift and carry lumber of different sizes and other products.
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members.
- Must be able to learn and follow company procedures and work instructions consistently.
- Must be able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work in extreme temperature.

- Needs to demonstrate consistent performance.
- Needs to be able to produce a quality and quantity of work which is consistently high.
- Needs to be consistently on time for team meetings and work daily.
- Needs to be consistently inspecting work prior to delivery to another department.
- Needs to consistently look for ways to be efficient and use time wisely.
- Need to demonstrate a willingness to help others when needed.
Applicants must be able to pass a drug screen and physical.
