Clayton is seeking a Product Owner II to support our Integration Hub team, a mature and highly stable group responsible for a custom-built platform that serves as the critical bridge between legacy systems and modern applications. This platform primarily supports the secure transfer and orchestration of financial and operational data across the organization.
This role will work closely with the ERP Product Owner and cross-functional technology teams to ensure seamless data integration, system reliability, and continuous optimization of existing capabilities. While the team is not currently building new systems from scratch, this role plays a key part in enhancing, maintaining, and scaling a business-critical platform.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the product backlog for the Integration Hub platform, prioritizing enhancements, maintenance, and optimization effort
- Collaborate closely with the ERP Product Owner and engineering teams to align integration capabilities with enterprise system needs
- Translate technical and business requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, developers, and business partners for integration-related initiatives
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and data integrity across legacy and modern systems
- Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to extend integration capabilities beyond the current scope
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and contribute to a mature, well-established team environment
- Monitor and communicate product performance, risks, and dependencies
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand system integrations, data flows, and APIs
- Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, financial platforms, or integration layers)
- Proven ability to operate in a mature, stable product environment (not purely greenfield development)
- Background in consulting, project management, or delivery-focused roles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with middleware, integration platforms, or data hubs
- Familiarity with financial data systems and processes
- Exposure to scaling platforms or expanding product capabilities
