Education: High School Diploma
Years of Related Experience: 1 year in professional food service operation
Licenses/Certifications : Must be able to obtain ServSafe certification within the first 90 days

Kitchen Support Duties
- Kitchen operations maintenance
- Responsible for ware-washing, assist with kitchen production and meals, Ensures all wares are polished and stored to meet our high standards
- Consolidation and rotation of prepared food items daily
- Food Prep
- Assist Chefs with food prep tasks as assigned
- Performs stewarding tasks such as receiving, stocking, and tracking inventory to meet established food safety standards
- Ensures daily and weekly cleaning schedules are met
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented
- High energy, positive attitude
- General knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
