Position Summary: Safely moving of product to machine centers, basic organization of product to specified areas of the facility.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Safety operate forklift.
- Staying aware of possible hazards and safety protocols.
- Coordinates with Production Scheduler and Machine Operators.
- Loading, unloading of materials.
- Maintains quality expectation of documentation and materials received.
- Maintaining forklift.
- Performs other duties as required by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Previous construction or warehouse experience preferred
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Experience operating a forklift or forklift certification preferred, training available
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling.
- Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.
- Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Work primarily involves sitting / standing, up to 4 hours at a time.
