Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $200,000-$220,000/year performance bonus

Senior Electrical Engineer (Licensed PE) Responsibilities:
- Direct the preparation of engineering documentation such as plans, specifications, schematics, and technical calculations, ensuring regulatory and project compliance.
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team on key engineering initiatives.
- Design and optimize complex electrical infrastructures for industrial settings, including power systems, lighting layouts, and control system architectures.
- Lead cross-functional teams—engineers, subcontractors, and external consultants—toward successful project execution, maintaining scope, schedule, and budget.
- Utilize simulation tools to model electrical system behavior and identify design risks or optimization opportunities.
- Manage procurement processes related to electrical components, systems, and support equipment.
- Serve as the technical authority on project teams, providing subject matter expertise and mentoring junior personnel.
- Oversee day-to-day technical operations and fulfill additional tasks as needed.
Senior Electrical Engineer (Licensed PE) Skills and Abilities:
- Proven ability to manage engineering projects from concept through completion.
- Strong leadership presence with a collaborative management style.
- Excellent written and oral communication capabilities.
- Adept at troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple initiatives in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with electrical engineering tools such as AutoCAD Electrical and ETAP.
- Familiarity with Procore construction software and Microsoft Office applications.
Senior Electrical Engineer (Licensed PE) Education and Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally involving large-scale industrial capital ventures.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field (required).
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (required).
- Electrical Contractor License is highly desirable.
