Summary
We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team in the US. This role is crucial in enhancing our training programs and ensuring that our team members are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service. The Training Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our mission of providing quality housing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs that align with company goals.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
- Create engaging curriculum and instructional materials.
- Utilize learning technologies to enhance training delivery.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends related to training and development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred no required
- 5 years' experience in hands on experience in task-based training and facilitation Required
- Proven experience in project management and training & development.
- Proven ability to design and deliver curriculum and instructional materials.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and emerging learning technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with adult education principles is preferred.
- Proficiency in content development and e-learning tools is a plus.
