Principal, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, New York, NY. Identify and assess investment opportunities in line with the firm’s Healthcare investment strategy. Conduct thorough due diligence, financial analysis, and market research to evaluate potential acquisitions. Function as a “deal quarterback”, operating under the supervision of senior investment professionals, managing junior investment professionals, and collaborating closely and cooperatively with operating professionals and advisors to lead and manage the execution of investment decisions. Assume a leadership role in the oversight and management of portfolio companies. Work closely with management to develop and implement strategic initiatives for value creation. Actively source and identify potential incremental or add-on investment opportunities. Develop and mentor Associates within the firm’s Healthcare vertical. Work on projects with teams of professionals, both within the group and across the firm, including the Financial Partner, Operating Partners, the Advisory Partner, and other professionals, collaborating to develop and execute solutions to meet client investment needs. Respond to Investor Relations professionals in compiling quarterly / annual updated materials for Limited Partners.
Position is based in New York, NY. Telecommuting option of 1 day per week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (foreign educational equivalent acceptable), plus 2 years as a Corporate & Investment Banking Analyst at a Global Corporate & Investment Bank and 3 years of experience in private equity investing.
OR
Master of Business Administration (foreign educational equivalent acceptable), plus 2 years as a Corporate & Investment Banking Analyst at a Global Corporate & Investment Bank and 1 year of experience in private equity investing.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in private equity investing including experience in evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions, and managing portfolio companies.
Must have at least 2 years as a Corporate & Investment Banking Analyst at a Global Corporate & Investment Bank, during which time worked on carrying out due diligence, partnering across teams to develop strategies for clients, performing valuation analyses, building detailed financial models, analyzing market data, and preparing client presentations. During 2 years of experience must have demonstrated proficiency in Office 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, FactSet / Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Bloomberg, and BamSec.
