Associate, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, New York, NY. Perform financial analyses of client companies, including comparable transaction and public company analysis, assessing new investment opportunities including developing a list of comparable companies and precedent transactions, and compile corresponding trading statistics (e.g., EBITDA multiple, P/E multiple, leverage multiple). Will synthesize trading data and identify key patterns/trends to help make investment decisions Produce data-driven analyses and reports valuing companies according to a variety of methodologies, as well as research and develop potential buyer, investor, and other target lists to identify areas of future economic growth and productivity, including developing views on valuation of potential investment targets using various methodologies including Analysis at Various Prices, LBO analysis, and Trading/Transaction comparables; developing industry mapping to understand upstream/downstream value chain to identify potential strategic buyers and opportunities for consolidation. Work on projects with teams of professionals, both within the group and across the firm, to develop and execute solutions to meet client investment needs; support Financial Partners in assessing investment opportunities and conduct in-depth due diligence; work with Operating Partners in evaluating and improving operational efficiency of CD&R portfolio company; and respond to Investment Relations Professionals in compiling quarterly/annual updated materials for Limited Partners. Gather, analyze, and synthesize industry information from research sources. Gather industry and company-specific research reports; synthesize investment rationale, key growth drivers and potential risks of different research analysts; and benchmark and analyze quantitative information/consensus estimates of key P&L and balance sheet metrics. Assist senior members of the investment team in analyzing past and present economic trends and forecasting future opportunities for investment; evaluate past and present economic data; sensitize model inputs such as projected growth rate, run-rate margins and leverage assumptions to understand the quantitative impact of macro-economic conditions. Draft executive summaries, information memorandums, and other investor presentation documents; Participate in due diligence and drafting sessions and deliver internal committee memos for capital markets and M&A transactions; participate in the diligence agenda drafting process; and take detailed notes of diligence session with management and industry experts and synthesize information.
 
Position is based in New York, NY.  Telecommuting option of 2 days per week.
 
Full-Time (40 hours per week) (Must be Available Nights and Weekends). Salary: $200,000 ; overtime: N/A.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
 
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (foreign educational equivalent acceptable). 

Must have completed bachelor’s level coursework in: Intro to Economics, Intro to Finance, Intro to Financial Accounting, Macroeconomic Analysis, Business Communication, Microeconomic Analysis, and Spreadsheet Modeling. Plus at least 2 years as a Corporate & Investment Banking Analyst at a Global Corporate & Investment Bank, during which time focused on Healthcare Industry Mergers & Acquisitions, Healthcare Industry Carveout and Divestiture, Healthcare Leveraged Buyout and Healthcare Initial Public Offering transactions valued in excess of $200 million dollars for U.S. and international domiciled companies. During 2 years of experience must have worked on projects involving: carrying out due diligence; partnering across teams to develop strategies for clients; performing valuation analyses; building detailed financial models; analyzing market data; and preparing client presentations.  During 2 years of experience must have demonstrated proficiency in Office 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, FactSet / Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Bloomberg, and BamSec.
