Responsibilities of this role include:
· Provide support to our Audiologists
· Assist front desk with scheduling, answering phones and technical information for patients
· Order and maintain inventory for hearing instruments, supplies, and equipment
· Perform electroacoustic analysis of hearing instruments as needed
· Perform equipment listening check and calibration for sound booth and audio equipment
· Troubleshoot hearing technology devices and recommend repairs for doctors during appointments
· Service walk-in patients with broken equipment and perform routine cleaning of hearing aids, including replacing parts, earmold tubing, and cleaning corrosion in battery compacts
· Process all patient paperwork and chart notes
· Maintain excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, colleagues, etc.
