About this Role:
As a Registered Architectural Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects from pre-design through construction administration, serving as the primary client representative. You'll collaborate with clients, contractors, consulting engineers, and our internal team to ensure successful project delivery. This role includes attending School Board meetings/Construction meetings, and leading design discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point person for multi-million-dollar projects.
- Coordinate design meetings, owners/architect/contractor sessions, and preconstruction planning.
- Prepare and maintain documentation drawings, specifications, schedules budgets and reports.
- Conduct job site visits, observe field conditions, and create site visit reports with photo documentations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project teams through verbal and graphic presentations.
- 8-10 years working in an Architecture firm
- Experience in K-12, Higher Education and Commercial market sectors is preferred
- Proficiency with relevant software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe products, MS Office and MS Teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
- Registered Architect with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an architectural office.
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural systems and general understanding of civil, structural, MEP systems.
- Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Adobe and Bluebeam.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain clear communication.
