Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support
- Oversee inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Utilize POS system for efficient order processing and sales tracking
- Implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure product availability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members
- Collaborate with staff to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in team management, preferably in a retail setting.
- Proficiency in inventory control systems, including Aloha POS
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members
- Familiarity with POS systems and sales tracking tools
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
