Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager at Clay Ingels Company LLC in Lexington, KY. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the CS Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing customer strategies and initiatives within our Customer Service, Sales, and Support Team. This position comes with a competitive salary based on experience.
· Lead and manage our Customer Service Team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of departmental goals.
· Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, including handling customer inquires and resolving escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Develop and implement customer service procedures, and standards to ensure consistent service.
· Implement and monitor customer service performance metrics, such as response time, follow up correspondence, and implement corrective actions if needed.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement with the customer service team.
