Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The Inside Customer Service Representative will provide sales support to our outside sales team and assist customers by phone. This position requires an energetic individual with strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Taking phone call / email orders from customers and Customers Service Representatives
• Promote sales by explaining our products to meet customer needs
• Entering new customer orders
• Respond to customer needs in a timely and appropriate manner

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong phone skills and experience handling a high number of calls daily
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage effectively
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stay organized

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
