Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The Inside Customer Service Representative will provide sales support to our outside sales team and assist customers by phone. This position requires an energetic individual with strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Taking phone call / email orders from customers and Customers Service Representatives
- Promote sales by explaining our products to meet customer needs
- Entering new customer orders
- Respond to customer needs in a timely and appropriate manner
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong phone skills and experience handling a high number of calls daily
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stay organized
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
