What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming and trustworthy experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests
- Perform walkarounds and vehicle inspections to identify additional service opportunities
- Present service recommendations clearly and confidently, with a strong focus on value and safety
- Build estimates, sell recommended services, and close sales effectively
- Communicate repair timelines, updates, and results with customers throughout the service process
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of work
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records, invoices, and documentation in shop management systems
- Support shop operations and assist with additional duties as needed
- What You'll Bring with You:
- 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor, Writer, or in a customer-facing automotive sales role
- Proven ability to sell services and meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of automotive services, maintenance, and repairs
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic shop environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
