Responsibilities
- Monitor detainees through CCTV systems and conduct regular visual inspections to ensure safety and security.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations while managing detainee behavior through conflict management techniques.
- Respond promptly to emergencies by administering first aid or CPR when necessary, coordinating with emergency services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records by writing detailed incident reports, detainee logs, and other documentation required for legal compliance.
- Conduct security checks on visitors, staff, and contractors entering the facility to prevent unauthorized access.
- Assist law enforcement agencies with investigations or transfers by providing relevant information and support.
- Manage conflicts or disturbances calmly and professionally to de-escalate situations effectively.
Experience
- No Prior Experience Necessary. ( On the job training provided. )
Pay: $17.66 - $20.00 per hour
