Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the plan of care
- Support patients and families with compassion, education, and advocacy
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available for call-back as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications
- Active Kansas RN license in good standing
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License
- Strong people and communication skills
- Passion for hospice and end-of-life care
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- Full-time
- On-call rotation required
