What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Supervisor position at CLAY COUNTY HOSPITAL?
The house supervisor is housed in the ER where they will be responsible for leading teams in the absence of management, step in as ED nurse and Med/Surg nurse as needed, guide and direct staff, ensure care of patients and other duties as assigned.
Associate Degree in Nursing is required. Experienced RNs are preferred.
This position is a full-time role, with pay beginning at $39.89 per hour and increases with experience. Position is for nights (7p-7am). Shift differential will be added as well (6% & 9% where applicable) as additional weekend pay ($3 per hour) for any weekend shifts worked. This role comes with an optional $10,000 sign on bonus (with a 3 year commitment)!!
