Office Assistant
Duties:
- Perform various clerical tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, restocking as needed
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking progress and deadlines
- Transcribe and type legal documents, reports, and other materials as required
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office equipment
