- Assist and inform customers (retail and body shop) of companion parts requirements for their automotive needs.
- Answer calls providing price quotes and other pertinent information.
- Review and verify the accuracy of the estimates against the invoice.
- Provide high quality service to various departments, internal, and external customers of the dealership.
- Well-informed of the flow of incoming and outgoing materials to meet productivity objectives and guarantee the steady flow of materials in the supply chain.
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- Stands, walks, or sits for a long period without resting. (Up to 5 hours) Must have the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Basic math strategies include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Prior Parts Counter training or experience is preferred. Pay based on experience.
