Automotive Electrician Supervisor

Clay Cooley Auto Group is seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Automotive Electrician Supervisor to assist the management team at our Arlington Installation Shop. We are committed to hiring an experienced individual with strong management, mechanical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

This leadership role encompasses the responsibility of supervising installers and overseeing the collision repair process to ensure quality and efficiency.

Role Responsibilities

• Purchase supplies to ensure all materials are available for collision restorations.
• Coordinate repair schedules to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
• Train and supervise collision repair installers ensuring work meets quality standards and shop guidelines.
• Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality restoration and minimize discrepancy.
• Identify and quickly resolve quality issues or repair issues.
• Guarantee services and shop operations adhere to safety regulations and federal, state, and local laws.
  
  

Employee Prerequisites

• Proven experience in auto-body repair with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is essential.
• Proficiency with collision repair software and diagnostic tools.
• Mechanical aptitude, certifications, and licenses. Pay based on experience and training.
