We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Position to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our center's physical environment. The Facilities Maintenance position is responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and operational functionality of all company locations. This role oversees 13 total sites (10 leased locations and 3 owned locations), ensuring all facilities are well-maintained, compliant, and supportive of staff and client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with experience in facilities maintenance within healthcare or similar settings. - The role is responsible for all maintenance operations across multiple locations, including repairs, furniture setup, light electrical and plumbing work, vendor coordination, and general facility upkeep. Duties also include routine preventative maintenance such as HVAC servicing, meter readings, grounds care, and equipment upkeep, as well as vehicle maintenance and safety compliance tasks. Additionally, the position supports vendor management, new lease setup, inspections, and overall facility organization and repairs to ensure all locations remain safe and fully operational.
- Experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, move furniture, and perform physical tasks as required
- Valid driver’s license (for travel between locations)
- Able to read and write English
- Successful completion of background screening
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
