Functions
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the hospital’s patient safety and risk program
- Analyze safety event reports and conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and Plan-Do-Study Act.
- Promote a culture of safety through staff education, reporting systems, and process improvements.
- Coordinate patient safety committees and support proactive risk assessments
- Bachelors level Registered Nurse Licensure (required)
- Basic Life Support (required)
- 3 year RN experience in a hospital setting (required)
- 1 year behavioral health experience (preferred)
- The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
