Qualifications
- Education & Skills:
- High School graduate or equivalent and proficient computer skills are required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
- Ability to perform order transcription and manage patient records.
- Ability to provide assistance with reception/clerical duties.
- Proficient communication skills and the ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a variety of personalities.
- Ability to sustain attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Experience & Certifications:
- BLS certification required.
- A minimum of six months prior nursing assistant experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
- Patient Care & Safety:
- Ability to acknowledge changes in a patient’s condition or behavior and promptly report these to appropriate licensed nursing personnel.
- Ability to implement and support procedures and programs pertaining to patient safety and security.
- Knowledge of providing individualized attention and patient care through assisting with daily routine activities.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport patients safely.
- Knowledge of providing care which maintains patient’s skin integrity.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.

- The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. - This rate doesn’t include the per diem shift differential of $2 an hour.
Salary : $20 - $25
