Pay Grade: $25.63-$33.31*
Under the leadership of the AVP of Supply Chain, will perform all duties associated with the acquisition of supplies and equipment for the support of daily operations. Will monitor backorders, delays, credit holds, and potential disruptions in supply replenishment. Will maintain accurate and clean item master. Responsibilities include initiating purchase orders for product ordering and replenishment for all campuses.
Maintains close coordination with various assigned departments to ensure timely receipt of product and services. Maintains records of goods and services ordered within the Purchasing system. Communicates with the receiving departments and inventory manager on product(s) arrival and any potential backorders. Reviews and screens requisitions, obtains additional information if required, places priority orders and ensures delivery requirements are met. Obtains sources from other suppliers if the primary vendor cannot supply the product. Enters orders electronically (EDI) and maintains current pricing of the master file.
Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent experience of two years or more working in healthcare supply chain preferred. High level of competence in written and oral communication skills, analytical problem solving, decisiveness and planning is required. Ability to effectively communicate to all requestors of products.

- The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
