What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist position at Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC?
Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is looking to hire a Registered Dietitian to provide nutritional care for residents long-term care/rehab facility Lynchburg, TN. This is a part-time employment opportunity of approximately 8 hours per week.
The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for providing clinical services, (visits must be completed on a weekday) including nutritional assessments and documentation, MDS assessments and care plans, facility weight management, and participation in nutrition at-risk meetings. Additionally, they will need to complete meal rounds and sanitation audits.
We are seeking Dietitians who are efficient workers with strong organizational skills. While geriatric experience is preferred, it's not required. The following is required of all Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC employees:
- Registration by the CDR (Commission on Dietetic Registration)
- State license or certification as applicable per state
- TB skin test
- Drug screen
Hourly Pay Rate is negotiable, with experience considered.
