Bilingual Retail Associate and Content Creator

At Clawz, located in sunny Miami, FL, we’re looking for a talented and energetic individual to join our team as a Bilingual Store Associate & Content Creator/Live Streamer. If you’re bilingual in English and Spanish, have a knack for customer service, and enjoy creating content, this could be the perfect role for you!

As a key member of our team, your day-to-day will include a mix of in-store responsibilities and creative content creation. Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Store Associate Duties:
• Provide exceptional customer service to our shoppers and ensure they have a fantastic experience.
• Assist with organizing and restocking merchandise, including lifting boxes of plushies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Content Creation & Live Streaming:
• Develop engaging content to showcase our products and connect with our online audience.
• Host live streams to interact with our followers and promote our brand.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for social media and marketing campaigns.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring the following to the table:

• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or content creation.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting boxes of plushies to assist with inventory and store organization.
• Creativity & Energy: A passion for creating content and engaging with audiences, both in-store and online.
