Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Arcade Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a fun and safe environment for all visitors. This role involves managing arcade games, assisting guests, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the arcade area. A passion for entertainment and a knack for engaging with children and families is essential. This role required you to have a proper reliable transportation (own vehicle with driver license). The ideal candidate also will have full availability and flexibility. You will need to be able to remain stand for a consecutive period of 4 to 6 hour, be able to bend, lift around 30 to 40 pounds and climb a ladder. Minimum age 18 years old.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with arcade games and activities.
- Monitor the arcade area to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Manage conflicts effectively, addressing any issues that arise with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the arcade area, ensuring all machines are in working order.
Experiencie
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is essential.
- Experience working with children in a recreational setting is a plus.
