Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional and welcoming manner
- Possess in-depth knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and cocktail offerings, including daily specials
- Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and answer guest questions accurately
- Take orders precisely and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely, polished, and consistent manner
- Maintain awareness of guest needs throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests
- Uphold fine dining service standards, including table maintenance, proper course pacing, and presentation
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with courtesy and professionalism, escalating when necessary
