Job Overview
Claw City is opening a brand-new location in Woodburn, Oregon, and we are seeking three full-time Customer Service Associates to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new store opening and help create a fun, welcoming experience for our guests.
Now hiring three full-time team members for our Woodburn grand opening.
Selected candidates will begin employment prior to the Woodburn opening and complete paid training at our Tigard and Clackamas locations. We are specifically seeking candidates from the Woodburn and Salem areas who are fluent in both English and Spanish.
The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Explain how Claw City games and attractions operate
- Assist guests throughout their visit and provide exceptional customer service
- Accurately process customer transactions and handle cash payments
- Restock claw machines with prizes and maintain game presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Ability to lift and move boxes of prizes and supplies as needed
- Reliable transportation to training locations in Tigard and Clackamas prior to the Woodburn opening
