Responsibilities
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas to maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
- Build and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy in picking and packing items.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained accurately.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus, including reach trucks and pallet jacks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift is essential.
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes will be beneficial for this role.
