What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ticket Writer / Service Advisor position at Classy Chassis Car Wash and Detailing?

To be successful in this position, you must already communicate very well and not shy away from engaging yourself with customers. We will teach you all prices and services as well as the process of how we complete each service. The opportunity for pay in this position can pay as high as $30 per hour and even more on many days as long as you are motivated to up sell every customer as high as you possibly can. All requirements and responsibilities of this position include:
- Must be physically capable of quickly processing cars out the driveway into our automated tunnel
- Greeting and up selling all customers
- Must be knowledgeable on all services, discounts, & current promotions
- must sustain a $40-$45/car average
- communicate all needs/special requests from customers on each ticket for all other employees to see
- Inspect and adjust necessary areas of each vehicle before they are processed through our automated tunnel to prevent damage
- Assist in training new employees on driveway procedures and prepping procedures as well as vehicle safety
- Must be willing to work out doors
- Help train new employees on vehicle safety procedures and how to process cars out of vacuum into our prepping area
