We're building our first full, in-house finance function, and we're looking for a Head of Finance to run it, a high-ownership role with the backing of an engaged management team and advisors, and real room to grow into a CFO mandate over time.
What you'll do
- Own planning and control: budget, rolling forecasts, scenarios, the monthly close, and a KPI layer leadership can trust
- Maintain the SaaS KPI layer: ARR/MRR, LTV/CAC, net retention, churn, cohorts clean enough to trust on a board slide
- Run day-to-day finance operations: invoicing and booking, payments and payroll, and collections as a managed process
- Be the financial partner to management and the board — turning intuition-led calls into fact-based ones, and steering focus, pricing and cost
- Manage liquidity: cash-flow forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury
- Own investor and board reporting and fundraising / due-diligence readiness
- Oversee accounting, tax and compliance across our Swiss, DACH and US entities, and own the finance tech stack
You'll thrive here if you
- Have led FP&A, close, and reporting for a SaaS/software scale-up, and are ready to step up into a full-function seat
- Are hands-on and eager to learn; you'll own the day-to-day and grow your scope with support from management and advisors
- Know SaaS metrics well and keep numbers clean enough to trust on a board slide
- Are comfortable coordinating accounting partners across jurisdictions (DACH and/or US a plus)
