Role Description
We are seeking someone to teach robotics and video game design for 4 weeks in July. Each week will offer full-time employment as a Summer STEM Camp Teacher to lead engaging, hands-on educational activities during our weeklong camps in Westlake, Brunswick, Aurora and Beachwood. This on-site role involves teaching, supervising, and encouraging children as they participate in a variety of STEM-based projects. Responsibilities include training for and delivering lesson our lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, assisting students in completing projects, ensuring student safety, and communicating with parents about their children’s progress. Qualifications
- Experience in Education and classroom management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact and connect with students, parents, and team members
- Demonstrated ability in Teaching and Training, with a focus on coaching and motivating children in a classroom or camp setting
- Energetic, patient, and passionate about teaching STEAM subjects
- Previous experience leading camps or working with children is preferred
- Background in teaching, education, or relevant STEM fields is a plus
