PART-TIME Front Desk / Office Assistant
Acupuncture & Natural Health Clinic – Pinecrest
Schedule:
- Tuesday & Thursday: approximately 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional Fridays: approximately 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
(Schedule may adjust slightly based on clinic needs and staff availability.)

We are a well established acupuncture and natural health clinic seeking a dependable, punctual, and professional Front Desk / Office Assistant. While the schedule offers some flexibility, reliability and respect for start times are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients promptly and professionally
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments (in person, phone, SMS)
- Ensure patients schedule follow-up appointments before leaving
- Answer phones and respond to emails efficiently
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality
- File, scan, and organize patient records
- Keep the front desk, treatment rooms, and herbal pharmacy clean and organized
- Prepare herbal prescription labels using an established system
- Support smooth daily clinic operations with a calm, professional attitude
Requirements:
- Strong track record of punctuality and dependability
- Customer service experience (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Prior medical or front desk experience preferred
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Some college helpful
- 3 years of customer service experience preferred
