What You’ll Do:

Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments

Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email

Assist with service reminders and retention efforts

Greet customers and handle cashier transactions efficiently

Maintain accurate customer records in our system

Work closely with service advisors to ensure a seamless experience
