What You’ll Do (The Impact)
As our Sales Project Manager, you are the primary heartbeat of our largest projects. You aren't just "managing" tasks; you are ensuring excellence across multiple software platforms, vendor networks, and client touchpoints.
Lead the Charge: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring everyone is on the same page from planning to completion.
Source & Negotiate: Vet vendors, obtain quotes, and negotiate rates to ensure we deliver the best value without compromising quality.
Master the Timeline: Monitor milestones and adjust on the fly. You’ll navigate shifting scopes and high-volume demands with ease.
Data Integrity: Maintain flawless records across our systems, ensuring financial accuracy on invoices and pricing.
Collaborate: Work side-by-side with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Logistics to make the impossible happen for our clients.

Supervisory responsibilities:
- This position does not supervise staff but collaborates closely with internal departments and external vendors.
Work environment:
- Most work will be indoors with limited exposure to outside elements.
- The job requires constant interaction with the public via phone or in person
- May work in close proximity to other people, such as when sharing or entering office space.
- Hours worked/scheduled generally 40 hours per week; additional hours may be required as needed.
Physical demands:
- Mostly works in indoor/office environment.
- May work in close proximity to other people, such as when sharing or entering office space.
- May be required to lift occasionally and generally less than 10 lbs.
- Required education and experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess sales and customer relation skills.
- Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Advanced knowledge and experience is required. Training on rental software will be provided.
- Professional communication skills; on-screen, oral and written.
- Financially detail-oriented and comfortable working with invoices and pricing.
- Reliable and dependable with attendance, follow-up and follow through with clients and teammates
Preferred education and experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working with large-scale, multi-site projects
- Ability to manage evolving priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Travel required:
- Occasionally to and from job sites and conferences

Pay: $63,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
